When you use the contact form we receive your name, e-mail address, optional phone number, the area of law you chose, your preferred language and your message. The website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide legal services. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer needed. Client files are kept for the periods required by Bulgarian law.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
