Collins Solicitors is the trading name of the practice of attorney Daniela Collins. She is a Bulgarian attorney-at-law (адвокат) and is not registered as a solicitor in England and Wales or in any other part of the United Kingdom. We advise on Bulgarian law.

The articles and pages on this website are general information. They are not legal advice for your situation and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship begins only when we agree an engagement with you in writing.

Our team also includes lawyers who are not attorneys; matters requiring an attorney are handled by attorney Daniela Collins.

Fees are agreed individually in writing before work begins, in line with the Bar Act. The engagement agreement states what the fee covers, whether VAT and third-party costs (notary, registration, translation, state fees) are included, and when it is payable.

Bulgarian attorneys are required by the Bar Act to hold professional liability insurance. The insurer’s details and the territorial scope of cover are given in the engagement agreement and on request.
